Gilles Legros of Dundas county called the OLA for help on Feb. 18. The OSPCA from Cornwall - Bonnie Bishop - with two OPP enforcers and the Township By-Law enforcement officer arrived at his farm property on Feb. 17 where he and his wife are operating a dog breeding facility and wrote several orders, including one to clip the dogs toe nails. Bonnie Bishop was disrespectful of the Legros family. The OLA recommended that he have his veterinarian check out all his dogs and horses the next day and give him a report on the status of their health and the care that he provides for his animals. The veterinarian said that the animals were all healthy and well cared for.
