I wonder what the poor folks are having tonight? Episode #13

Give Us This Day Our Daily Routine

They say there are people who thrive on chaos, on adrenaline, on thrills. I'm pretty sure I'm not one of those.  Adrenaline hounds actually pay money to be scared. On purpose! They go to a fair and instead of looking at beautiful animals or prize winning poultry or replacement windows, they go on rides that are designed by sick people to scare the hell out of you. Seriously! They really do that.  I went up on a Ferris wheel once at a county fair. I can tell you that there's absolutely no reason to pay people to scare you more than that. I couldn't even get a refund!

So true. Both feet on the ground, grounded, able to think clearly as needed, plan and work for the future needs, pray for goodness, thoughtfulness, stability to prevail. Have God bless you and yours and smile, laugh.
Thank you for your thoughtful happy grounded good advice.

I like this definition, "Normal is the way things are supposed to be when we’re not losing our minds." It is stability and lack of fear. I didn't have that for years in my life. My wonderful husband says he is concerned I will find him boring. Well, he is not at all, but I find the stability and lack of fear to be the best gift he could give me. It means every thing in my world is copacetic. What a great way to live!

Yes, routine! That’s why I HATE the changing of time. Living with the sun is a routine every farm kid learns. Even the animals live by it. It’s when man goes messing with it there’s health problems and safety goes awry… even amongst animals if the farmer doesn’t keep the routine for the animals. Thank you for the article and JS Bach. One of my favorite musicians.
