Tom McClintock Lights Into Special Counsel Robert Hur

In a 4:54 minutes YouTube video (see below), California Republican Congressman Tom McClintock rebukes Special Counsel Robert Hur. He states:

“It would be toxic to the rule of law on its face if it was just two ordinary citizens, but the fact that the only person being prosecuted for this offense happens to be the political opponent

makes this an unprecedent attack on our democracy. This is the worse we could expect from a banana republic…This is doctrine you’ve

established in our law and it’s frightening.”
