New Jersey Governor Chris Christie today vetoed a bill the New Jersey legislature approved that would have sent $7.5 million to Planned Parenthood, the nation’s largest abortion business.
Christie repeatedly has cut funding for the Planned Parenthood abortion business — slashing millions in taxpayer funds for a group that was caught engaging in fraud using taxpayer dollars. Christie, who is pro-life, vetoed Planned Parenthood funding five times before he ran for re-election in a state that is not known as a bastion of conservatism.
