Harden the Electrical Grid or Suffer the Consequences

Don't sell the gas guzzling Dodge when you buy your EV. You'll need it when the power grid goes down, for days, when the sun doesn't shine nor wind blows, when the huge community battery runs out of charge due to an unusually high demand (such as a sale on EV's which everyone takes advantage of), when the government prohibits you from charging your EV from the grid during daytime hours and last but not least you'll need your Dodge to carry the gasoline engine powered generator to your dead-battery EV which didn't quite make it home.
