The Southern Poverty Law Center reports a surge in the number of hate groups in the United States. The number is up 48 percent since 2001 according to the SPLC. Odds are if you are reading this column you either belong to one of these groups or identify with their socio-political involvement. I have decided to highlight a few of the more “notorious” organizations for your reading pleasure.
