Although it may appear dense and rich, this Chocolate Chiffon Pie feels light and fluffy in your mouth. It's not difficult to make and always wins raves. So at your next party or cookout, give the berries a break and give the chocolate lovers at the gathering a dreamy dessert that'll have them begging for the recipe.
For the crust:
6-1/2 oz. (about 30) chocolate wafer cookies, such as Nabisco’s Famous Chocolate Wafers
2-1/2 oz. (5 Tbs.) unsalted butter, melted
