Health and Human Services authorities are set to use a convention center in Dallas, Texas, to house approximately 3,000 migrants as border facilities fill to unprecedented levels. Officials have their sights set on the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center, which will be used as an influx building for 90 days to house boys between the age of 15 and 17, according to the Associated Press, which obtained a memo about the effort.
