The US Department of Homeland Security (DHS) announced yesterday to several law enforcement organizations -- including the National Association of Chiefs of Police -- that it is expanding the categories of non-US citizens required to provide digital fingerprints and a photograph upon entry to the United States through the US-VISIT program.
