After Parliament adjourned for its Christmas break, Prime Minister Stephen Harper went to the Governor General and asked for a prorogation. Instead of returning on January 25, the new session of Parliament will begin on March 3 with a Speech from the Throne.Welcome to CFP’s Comment Section!
