WASHINGTON, A new Hungarian constitution will be adopted by super-majority today. This new constitution is being coined as "a constitution for the 21st Century" and protects the dignity of every human person. It will take effect January 1, 2012.
Article 2 of the new constitution states: "Human dignity is inviolable. Everyone has the right to life and human dignity; the life of a foetus will be protected from conception."
