IER Distinguished Senior Fellow and former acting EIA administrator Mary Hutzler will testify on Tuesday, February 5, 2013 at 10:00AM before the HouseSubcommittee on Energy and Power. The hearing will focus on"American Energy Security and Innovation:An Assessment of North America's Energy Resources".
