Illegal immigrant released into the country under Obama and given a drivers license by Oregon, arrested for killing an 8-year-old girl.
Elvin Elgardo Ramos-Caballero is accused of running over 8-year-old Mora Gerety.
According to reports, the incident happened when Ramos-Caballero was trying to make a turn at an intersection in Boise, Idaho.
Gerety was crossing the street when Ramos-Caballero turned in his pickup truck, colliding with her.
Ramos-Caballero had an outstanding federal warrant with ICE for failing to show up at an immigration hearing, according to the New York Post.
