Imagine-- A Re-Designed Lower Court System
Whether or not SCOTUS steps up, Congress does need to take the time to correct the flaws that have been exposed in the current lower court system.

Imagine, if you will, that the United States Congress were to take the necessary action to correct the bizarre wild-eyed rogue Democrat queered Federal Courts that are exceeding their authority all over America. The best corrective action would be to dissolve and totally defund the current lower court system. That is far easier than trying to cut and paste the existing system. Congress has a poor record of trying to fix existing problems.
