Imagine, if you will…. Those of us old enough will recognize this as the major lead in to most if not all episodes of Rod Serling's The Twilight Zone television series. From that point on you could expect things to be a little weird. In my lifetime I have now seen many weird and bizarre events that could easily fit into an episode of Serling's wonderful series.
Imagine, if you will, that you wake up in the 1970s and Albert Gore Sr. is telling you about the catastrophe of how human caused global cooling is going to drop the average earth's temperature 20 degrees and cause a modern ice age. You would laugh your butt off because, of course, it didn't happen. Strike one.
