In the speech, Inhofe said that despite recent Supreme Court rulings that EPA exceeded its authority, news editorials criticizing the EPA for “abuse,” and growing bipartisan Congressional efforts to rein in the agency, EPA officials are saying “Internally, it's same old, same old.”
