Copenhagen, Denmark -Sen. James Inhofe (R-Okla), Ranking Member of the Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works, arrived in Copenhagen, Denmark, this morning to "make certain the 191 countries attending COP-15 would not be deceived into thinking the U.S. would pass cap-and-trade legislation."
