Plainly, the administration is looking for every possible hook to corner individuals whom it considers a threat to Obama’s legacy, and the latest IRS plan to glean charitable donors’ social security numbers is a furtherance of that agenda. It’s a tracking device that can be guaranteed to go seriously wrong.
