Up to this point, ISIS has contented itself with targeted terrorist activities, "lone wolf" operations, and, of course, the mass murder of anyone who stands in their way. "Whatever ideology they're operating off of," it's clear that they have no problem with wholesale slaughter. However, that's just so wasteful.
