A pipe dream because all of these type negotiations have been done before & the day after the signings there were more terrorist attacks.
This has been going on for the last 29 years as the Arabs turn the terrorist spigot on & off periodically as it serves their purpose.
Since 1993,Approx.1,700 Israeli's were killed in attacks by Israel's supposed peace partners,This doesn't include those who survived the attacks, wounded & near misses.
Why go out on the limb by signing agreements with those who will not honor any agreements?
