I see speed bumps with target vests, that move slowly, but are still east to hit. I guarantee if just a few are turned into road paste, this idiocy paid for by rich white folks, would cease. Another thing, when they glue hands down, cut off the hands and sand the area smooth, that # would stop immediately.
