King Charles III has been diagnosed with cancer less than 15 months after ascending to the throne, Buckingham Palace announced Monday.
“During The King’s recent hospital procedure for benign prostate
enlargement, a separate issue of concern was noted,” the palace said in a
statement. “Subsequent diagnostic tests have identified a form of
