Did I miss it or was it not mentioned in this article - Will vat pretend meat be labeled as such in restaurants and elsewhere (at least at its introduction, we all know that will disappear sooner rather than later)? Don't buy it - if enough people refuse maybe the corps/companies will stop producing it (until the government steps in to subsidize them with our tax $$).
