Liberal Non-Deterrent Justice Is No Justice At All

Just like any story should have a beginning, middle, and an end, any justice scenario concerning a serious crime should have an arrest, trial, and incarceration if the individual is found guilty. Depending on the crime, the incarceration stage should begin between the arrest and the trial. That segment of the justice scenario signifies the gravity of the charge and ensures that the accused person is not at large in public.

Being locked up before your trial is a definite deterrent not to commit or threaten to commit heinous crimes. That said, Democrats refuse to understand this vital cog in the judicial system. This is not a mindless oversight; this is a deliberate disregard for public safety so that liberal judges can follow the party line of soft justice.
