The grammar school in Lollipop, Louisiana, met for the first time, and all students were present except for one boy. Then, everyone stared in disbelief when the late student had to stoop down low to get through the door. He was so tall and skinny that he looked like a flagpole with arms and legs. The teacher, Miss Linda Lee Landry, seated him in the back of the classroom so that he would not block the view of others when she wrote on the board.
