When it comes to climate, it is appropriate to note that the United Nations’ IPCC has had a mandate to review only one thing. And as the CO2 Only “models” are overheating compared to now thirty years of temperature reality, the theories are not working.
Out of the myriad of influences upon weather and climate, IPCC is charged to study only Anthropogenic Global Warming which for drama segued into the formidable CAGW. Of course, the latter is Catastrophic Anthropogenic Global Warming and then some genius at promotion came up with “Climate Change” whereby anything can be used to increase taxes and regulations. And the “cause” of any adverse weather is modern industrial society spewing out vast amounts of carbon dioxide.

Solving the wrong problem? The heat energy coming to the Earth is fixed by relation to the Sun; and nothing mankind does will change it. The Amount of actual heating is all that sun-eue37energy less what gets reflected into space - nothing being even addressed will impact on that. The cooling of the earth on the shady side is the energy that is lost at night; and nothing is being done to change that.
The rest - all that is currently being done - will have little if any effect. Our real problem is not climate, it is a combination of idiocy and ignorance.

Actually here in Canada it started in the early seventies. Bad big engine big cars stop using so much oil and gas buy small cars or ride your bike and the NDP were at our farm telling us that cities should be higher and more dense and no cars only for farmers who needed the land and countryside to grow food and deliver to the dense cities. You do not want the city people taking up room out here and complaining of farm smells and tractors in their way on your roads?? and disrupting your way of life polluting your farms and waterways. Which many farmers were complaining about but... we were more concerned with the highly polluting and lowering our water tables and sick treatment of animals etc. that these new industrial factory farms were causing. Of course in 1977/78 winter, here in Ontario it was an ice age coming on too?
