A man “opened fire” Thursday in an Oklahoma restaurant and injured at least two people before he was fatally shot by a bystander, police said. The gunfire unfolded at about 6:30 p.m. local time inside Louie's on the Lake in Oklahoma City, Fox 25 News reported. -- More..
