People need to stop using the term "mobilization," or at least explain it. Many people are unfamiliar with that term. Here in the US, people are used to the term "military draft."
"Mobilization" sounds like troop movements. And many people have replied to articles about "mobilization" not understanding that "mobilization" is forced military service.
