Sheri Marshall was charged with child neglect and leaving children unattended
A Maryland mom was charged with nine counts of child neglect and nine counts of leaving children unattended last week, nearly a year after she allegedly kicked her 12-year-old son out of a car and then abandoned her other nine children in a minivan.
Police said it took 10 months to charge Marshall with the crime because of interviews that needed to be conducted and the process of placing the children in protective care.-- More...
