Tomorrow, with the support of the White House, Senators Kerry and Lieberman are introducing a bill to regulate energy. The Obama administration and Congress are trying to make the American public believe that cap-and-trade and other "clean energy" policies will reduce greenhouse gas emissions while not significantly increasing consumer prices.
