Donavon Brinson, who captured footage of the fatal shooting of an Ohio teen by a police officer, told "The Faulkner Focus" during an exclusive television interview Thursday that, after reviewing the video, he thinks the officer "reacted with what he thought was his best judgment."
Brinson told host Harris Faulkner that he did not witness the incident himself, but saw what had happened after reviewing his surveillance video from his home, which is located across the street from where the shooting took place on Tuesday afternoon.-- More...
