New City Hall - A Terrible Waste of Money

Oscar Goodman's Taj Mahal city hall proposal is idiotic. Our present city hall was expanded less than ten years ago, and the LV Metro Police plan to vacate tens of thousands of square feet of space in the existing building in the near future. Also, it has not been mentioned by Goodman or his minions on his staff or the city council what will become of the present city hall? I believe it will become a ghost town if abandoned by the city government. A minimum expenditure of $267 million tax dollars in these trying times so Oscar Goodman's name can be on a cornerstone for perpetuity is ridiculous. Vote NO on a new city hall. - SM Las Vegas plans to build a 303,000-square-foot city hall at First Street and Clark Avenue. The project would require that $267 million be raised through public bonds.
