An example of this is Sen. Hannah Beth Jackson's "Senate Bill 947. Rather than teaching California's students critical thinking skills, California Senator Hannah Beth Jackson (D-Santa Barbara) wants California's schools to teach kids how to spot "fake news." On Jackson's website she offers her definition of "fake news," which is right in line with some of the country's biggest "fake news" proliferators, MSNBC, CNN and Hillary Clinton:
