By now, you've most likely seen the news. This morning, a man in New York strapped a bomb to himself and entered one of the city's busiest transit locations, intending to detonate the device when the hub was at capacity. According to various reports, the device didn't work properly and went off early. While four people were wounded, there were no fatalities due to the mis-timed explosion.
I guess this is the new - and infuriating - definition of "lucky."
According to the New York Times, the terrorist survived the blast and is in custody.
