We’ve done a fair amount of reporting about how New York City has been going over the slide with the new bail reform law that went into effect at the beginning of the year.
The law, pushed by Democrats of course, basically means that with any arrest, barring major violence and injury to someone, a judge has to let you go and wouldn’t require any bail.-- More...
