In my diligent study of the United States Constitution, I find no indication that the Judicial Branch of government has authority to inflict any control over the Executive Branch. What am I missing?
As I read the Constitution, the Judicial Branch can examine facts presented and express a legal opinion concerning the operation of the Executive Branch. I find no indication in the U.S. Constitution that such legal opinions have any binding effect on the Executive Branch. Am I missing something?
