Precious

Our lives are unique and distinctive and flavorful. This is particularly true for those who follow Christ (Matthew 5:13). We have been fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14). Those of us who have come into a saving relationship with Jesus Christ are called a chosen generation (1 Peter 2:9). We are the salt of the Earth and the light of the world (Matthew 5:13-14). Our lives have significance and meaning, not only to those closest to us, but in actuality to the entire world, because we are Image Bearers (Genesis 1:27) who are called to share the Good News of redemption to the entire world (Mark 16:15).
