President Biden delivered a speech to the United Nations (U.N.) General Assembly and it appears he celebrated his many failures in just nine months as President. The Biden Admin's failures at the border as well as his disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan has been embarrassing for the U.S. on the international stage, but the President didn't embrace the reality of these failures.
