How many RVs/temporary homes and new sewage lines could $1 billion buy for the homeless Americans in western NC & east Tennessee? I'd imagine 100% of what is needed as a *billion* dollars is A LOT of money. But, I suppose we'll never know and those Americans will continue living in tents while snow and ice fall this winter until their aid is delivered "sometime in 2025" as the head of FEMA has said.
