Whatever you think of Donald Trump, you have to admit one thing. He's proven to be surprisingly savvy when it comes to handling the hecklers, protesters, and loudmouths who try to disrupt his speeches. In fact, I'd argue that his innate ability to use his most vocal detractors to his advantage has been one of the defining strengths of his campaign.
