Renfrew Victoria Hospital forced to cope with spiraling electricity costs TORONTO, ON: Documents obtained by the Canadian Taxpayers Federation (CTF) reveal that the electricity bills for Renfrew Victoria Hospital have faced a steep increase over the last six years. The documents show bills that are increasing, growing from $332,909 in 2012 to $472,873 in 2017, an increase of 42 per cent.
