Democrat Representative Tim Ryan has a problem: He's not completely crazy. In fact, he has a tendency to make a fair bit of sense. He's not right about everything, but being even occasionally correct - especially when it comes to financial matters - is enough to put him at odds with his party's socialist base.
This morning, he appeared on MSNBC's 'Morning Joe' show, where guest host Willie Geist asked him if Democrats had learned the lesson of their 2016 loss. Ryan tries to put a nice spin on it, but if you read between the lines, his answer is "not yet."
