You may recall that, during the infamous testimony of FBI Director James Comey, he refused to answer questions about any potential FBI investigations of the gargantuan, crooked, slush-fund forthright charitable organization known as the Clinton Foundation. When asked about the Foundation, all he would say was "I'm not going to answer that." Any reasonable person assumed they knew precisely what that meant.
