MINNEAPOLIS, MI- A Minneapolis man whose criminal behavior has “raised significant concerns” for public safety was not once, but twice bailed out of jail by the Minnesota Freedom Fund. According to reports, prosecutors in Hennepin County filed charges against 29-year-old Thomas Moseley for the third time since October 2020.
