Report: Obama admin knows where ISIS propaganda & media centers are - refuses to destroy them

Hard data regarding the number of ISIS's civilian victims is notoriously unreliable. Estimates range anywhere from tens of thousands to well over 100,000 - just in the last 18 months. The high end of the range is likely inflated by ISIS's own braggadocio, while the low end is probably subject to downplaying by those who want to pretend the ISIS problem is being properly handled. The truth is probably somewhere in the middle. Whatever the exact number, one thing is certain - a massive number of civilians are being slaughtered by the Islamic State and, as we've learned, little has been done to contain them.
