In October, 2019, the US Supreme Court heard arguments about "whether the definition of sex in U.S. law includes sexual orientation and gender identity." (Elizabeth Slattery in The Daily Signal, October 8, 2019)  Here's a hint: no, it doesn't. In the interest of clarity, here are some definitions and observations.
