So when you read that solar energy is already cheaper than natural gas, don't be fooled. They are omitting the pollution and disposal costs, as well as habitat losses

Solar Waste: A Burgeoning Problem

Scientists at America's National Renewable Laboratory have warned that in the next few decades, the world faces a 'tidal wave' of redundant blades that will number hundreds of thousands, if not more. It's estimated that by 2050, up to 78 million tons of solar panels will have reached the end of their life and the world will create another six million tons of photovoltaic waste every year. Where to put all of that is potentially an even bigger headache than wind turbine blades. It's very complicated to recover the more valuable materials, such as silver and silicon, used in solar panels. 1

What everyone, including fans of fossil fuels, has ignored it the environmental impact of the still functional so-called "green" energy contraptions. If you want to see beautiful landscape scarred by the ever-present windmills, just tour the German Autobahns where the Condor Cuisinarts line both side of the road. Or where they are planted offshore, enjoy your ocean view.
As for solar panels, they depreciate real estate values of surrounding properties, denude the vegetation that is cleared for their installation and thereby affect drainage and sometimes cause flooding. The wild critters that used to live in the space now hogged by the solar panels? Displaced. See ya!

All of these supposed clean energies pollute and poison heavily. The batteries are already piling up and are poisonous waste- from cellular phones computers etc. to turbines and solar panels and all need oil and gas to manufacture and run. Everybody should know this already and these EV's batteries are huge poison only last a couple years, then are waste and mining all the needs for these clean energies is very destructive too and needs oil and gas.
