The Supreme Court’s failure to action a Motion to Expedite Consideration (Motion) of the Petition for a Writ of Certiorari (Petition) lodged by Donald J Trump for President Inc on December, 20th could trigger the appointment of a Special Counsel. The Motion was not docketed by the Supreme Court until December 23rd when it appeared in the following form:
