Kermit Gosnell was terrible PR for the abortion industry, but a unanimous ruling by the Supreme Court yesterday is likely to pose a much bigger problem. In striking down so-called "buffer zones" that restricted how close pro-life protesters could get to an abortion clinic, the Supremes imposed one of the worst possible fates on abortionists: They made it easier for people to actually share the truth about what happens in an abortion.
