Susan Collins being Susan Collins, you knew she couldn't just get on board with killing the filibuster without making some sort of effort to save it. As many as 10 senators were willing to be part of the latest "gang" dedicated for some reason to saving the arcane traditions of the Senate. It didn't work, at least to the extent it affects Supreme Court nominations. So it looks like we're going nuclear to get Neil Gorsuch confirmed, with the other side apparently still butthurt over Merrick Garland:
